David Leiter as Founder and CEO of Leiter Realty Group, has been investing since 1998 in real estate in New York City. 

In 2004, Leiter Realty came to Williamsburg Brooklyn, before any of the "big guys" came to the area.  In fact it was many years later until any of the Manhattan-based brokerages finally decided to move-in. 

With this vision and foresight, Leiter Realty Group became one of the leading "boutique" brokerage in the area and in 2012 grew by 250% alone. 

Leiter Realty has continued to expand by moving into the Manhattan market and other NYC markets by offering a truly different approach that clients are finding refreshing.
