Leiter Realty Group's origins start back in 1998 as a real estate investment company, buying multi-family properties. 

In 2004, Leiter Realty Group officially opened its doors in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, which was just starting to get going on its path to becoming the "hottest" area in New York City.  We were the first brokerage to come in from the oustide and set up shop in 11211, which proved to be a visionary move.  

In the coming years, Leiter Realty Group branched into property management for other owners, which is something they had been doing for their own properties since 1998.  Again a bold move, Leiter Property Management, the sister company of Leiter Realty Group, became the leading Condo Management company in the area and is now taking that business model to Manhattan and beyond.  

That foresight and vision continues to this day as Leiter Realty Group continues to lead in utilizing technology, a cutting edge business approach, and a philosophy which says that we go above and beyond for our clients to make their lives easier and get the highest prices for their properties.

Today, as our staff has grown substantially, we continue to look for leading-edge ways to offer more value to our clients and to break the mold of the old way of doing business in real estate in New York City.
